Looking after your slippers tips

Handmade slippers require a little bit more care comparing to mass produced items. Here are few tips to let you make the most of our slippers and keep them (and your feet!) in a lovely condition.

1. Wearing slippers outdoors is not very recommended (except our outdoor range- Wanderlust slip ons). They are made out of sheep wool which can simply damaged whilst wet. Sole of the shoe is also made out of leather and it moulds to your feet- having them on outdoors could impact the structure of the sole and… make them fall apart.

2. Do not wash your slippers. If dirty, a simple cotton cloth with a tiny bit of water shall remove the dirt.

3. Slippers will mould to your feet in time which means they may also change their shape/form a bit. It is how natural material such as leather or wool reacts to pressure and wear and tear.

4. Enjoy your slippers. Did you try wearing them with no socks on? Amazing for cold feet. Did you match them with your favourite jeans? Also, why not having a spare pair aside for your mother when she visits:)
